9-0 in 4 minutes = a 90 point game. Works for me.
Ragged play. I'm more than 1,000 miles away and feel the tension.
If this continues I may need a Zoloft. With al the action only five fouls. Letting them play.but Nika have scored.
Nine UConn players in the half. All but Nika have scored.
I'm watching Live Stats at: stats.statbroadcast.com/statmonitr/?id=383871
End of three. UConn up 49-26. All nine have scored. One, Ali, in double figures with 11. Solid game. Pay attention Charlie Creme.
Holding 'Nova to 40 points while 70 (5 under averge) is a statement.

Great scoring across the board. Second half unleash Buckets!!!! I’ll treat everyone to ice cream if we have 4 turnovers or less in the second half.

The first game we had 21 rebounds for the game . 20 rebounds at half. Having ono helps having that big body there whether she gets the rebound or not . The defense has been awesome . Siegrist has had to put up bad shots

20-1 when not missing 4 players. That suggest a normal roster level this year that UConn would be closer to 29-2 and #1-seed, comfortably, for the NCAAWs.
With 4 leading UConn players injured/ out: 5 wins and 4 losses. With 3 leading UConn players injured/ out: 6 wins and 0 losses. With 2 leading UConn players injured/ out: 6 wins and 0 losses. With 1-1.5 leading UConn players injured/ out: 8 wins and 1 losses (SC loss).

True, yet #1 or #2 we still have to play the other, the difference being whether there is a #3 or #4 on our side of the Regional.
Without the injuries we might not have won the Big East tournament with nine players, all scoring and playing at least 16 minutes, except Paige who played 9.
It was a grueling season and conference tournament, but we are in a good place with ten days before our next game wherever it is.

Holding 'Nova to 40 points while 70 (5 under averge) is a statement. Villanova averaged 65 PPG before facing a healthy UConn. Hence, 25 points under average and 32 points less than they scored on an injury plagued UConn in prior game when 'Nova was hot and UConn was not.
