Already in early or first rounds, two teams right in front of UConn (9th in reveal, so first #3-seed, prone to geographic musical chairs) have lost with #8 Michigan and #7 LSU. Thus, the latter #2-seeds.
Additionally, two teams almost right behind UConn, with #11 Arizona and #12 Maryland have also lost. This cements that not only will UConn very likely move up, but it likely eliminates any possible leapfrogging of them by teams right behind them allegedly outperforming UConn by AZ and MD in Power 5 Tourneys.
Other "neighbors" of UConn in the 3rd Reveal are ISU at #6 (such an illogical slot for them) and #10 Texas. With their Big XII confederate Baylor #5, one knows at least one of the three will definitely lose in the Bic XII Semifinals, but I prefer ISU and Texas to lose in the Quarterfinals, to assure they are not strong competitors with UConn for one of the top two #2-seeds.
If UConn can get to those upper two-seed slots, I think the Selection Committee will pull a Switcheroo and shift damaged goods L'ville (4th and last #1-seed and doubly lost to [1.] unranked team in [2.] its Quarterfinals) from Wichita to B'port. Why leave 3rd Reveal ranked NCST in CT to play a surging UConn on a veritable home court? That's essentially punishing NCST, whereas the Committee are more likely to punish L'ville. It would also produce great TV ratings, have total sellout crowds actually in their seats on TV, and much press coverage of the Geno vs. Jeff Sarcasm Bowl XIII.

So far, from the Top 16 Teams from the NCAAW Selection Committee 3rd Reveal (some Conferences barely have started their Tourneys, or could be worse):
4th - L'ville loses in Q-finals to Unranked foe
7th - LSU loses in Q-finals to Unranked foe
8th - Michigan loses in Q-finals to Unranked foe
11th - AZ loses in Q-finals to Unranked foe
12th - MD loses in Q-finals to lower ranked foe
